Return & Refund Policy – Rusted Skull Leather Co.

Every piece from Rusted Skull Leather is handcrafted one at a time. Because of this, our return policy is tailored for custom leather goods.


Custom & Personalized Items (Final Sale)

Items that are customized or made specifically for you — including names on Christmas stockings, made-to-order gun holsters, special tooling, or custom color requests — are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If the item arrives with a workmanship defect or you received the wrong item, please email:
support@rustedskullleather.com
within 7 days of delivery so I can make it right.


Non-Custom Items (Eligible for Return)

Non-custom, ready-to-ship items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify, the item must be:

  • unused

  • unmodified

  • in new, resellable condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the wrong item or a defect was my mistake.


How to Start a Return

Please email:
support@rustedskullleather.com
Include:

  • your order number

  • photos (if applicable)

  • a brief description of the issue

Once approved, you will receive return instructions. Refunds are issued after the item is received and inspected.


Damage in Transit

If your package arrives damaged, please photograph:

  • the item

  • the packaging

  • the shipping label

Then email the photos to support@rustedskullleather.com within 48 hours so I can help file a carrier claim and repair/replace if eligible.
